• This is a very easy method of achieving colour on Fertilizer compounds or blends as you only have to spray a coloured liquid and minimal mixing is required. This method provides identity and also conformity of colour throughout a bulk blend. Results vary depending on the products and colour required.

Modifier N9300 is a unique polymeric additive that affects the mechanism of the Dynatec direct hydrogen reduction process for the production of nickel powder in a particular way. As a result the following effects are obtained:

• Reduced cobalt inclusion in the nickel (lower than with polyacrylic acids)
• Increased number of densifications possible per autoclave cycle
• Reduced nickel plastering on autoclave wall
• Reduced induction time at start of cycle
• Favourable nickel particle morphology for briquetting and for roll compaction processes and some other nickel powder applications.

Modifier N9300 was developed in 1990 and we have built up an extensive performance track record at two of the nickel plants using the Dynatec process. At one of these plants the product has been in continuous use for nearly 20 years. Modifier N9300 is a non-hazardous high-solids aqueous solution of a unique co-polymer.
